The Fresh Roast SR900 combines the hands-on control Fresh Roast users know with connected roasting through the Roast-Tech platform. 
Designed for home coffee roasters who want greater visibility, repeatability, and control, the SR900 can be operated completely from its physical control panel or connected to a compatible Windows computer, Mac, iPhone, or iPad. 

Connected Roasting with Roast-Tech 

Roast-Tech expands the capabilities of the SR900 by allowing users to see and control more of what is happening during the roast. 
When connected to Roast-Tech, users can: 
● View real-time bean-temperature graphs 
● Monitor the roast as it progresses 
● Manually adjust fan and heat settings from a connected device 
● Build and save custom roast profiles 
● Automatically run saved roast profiles 
● Review previous roasts and improve consistency from batch to batch 
● Update SR900 firmware as new improvements become available 
Roast-Tech is being actively developed, with additional roasting, profile, and sharing features planned as the platform continues to grow. 

The SR900 does not require Roast-Tech for normal operation. All primary roasting controls 
remain available directly on the roaster, allowing it to be used as a fully stand-alone Fresh Roast machine. 

Designed for More Control 

The SR900 gives the operator independent control over fan speed and heat level, making it 
possible to adjust bean movement, heat application, and roast development throughout the roast. 
A bean-temperature probe provides real-time temperature information to Roast-Tech, helping users better understand the different stages of the roast and reproduce successful results. Whether roasting manually or using an automated profile, the SR900 is designed to give users more information without taking away the hands-on experience of home coffee roasting.

Pre-Umber is happy to offer our Canadian customers free shipping on all orders over $100.00 (Northwest Territories, Nunavut and the Yukon there is a flat rate fee)  Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service, UPS or Purolator depending on your address.  If you do not want to use the free shipping option you will have the option to choose which method you would like us to ship and you simply pay what we have to pay for shipping.

If your cart just doesn't seem to total up to $100.00, don't worry.  Pre-Umber offers real-time carrier shipping through Canada Post as well as other courier services.  To access these other couriers you can not use a PO Box but must use a physical address.  You will see the real-time pricing and can choose the method of shipping that you would like.
