Colombia La Primavera Huila


Cupping Notes: Nice Sweetness, chocolate, cherry, apple

This Colombian coffee is from the Acevedo municipality in Huila, in the south west of Colombia between the eastern and western peaks of the Andes mountain range.

Made up of 20% Caturra, 20% Colombia and 60% Castillo varietals, the coffee was grown at 1400-1700 masl.  This coffee was fermented for 36 hours using the traditional washed method, and natural sun dried for 16 days.
