Fabiano is a professor and coffee farmer who began to assist his father in the organic production of specialty coffees in an area of just over 3 hectares. Together, they produce 100% organics with really great care and with the assistance of Mountain's Coffee partner, Flowins, they were able to achieve an 88pt SCA coffee through implementing natural fermentation processes and shade drying methods.
